শিশু অনিন্দ্য সৌন্দর্য্যের আকর। সেই সৌন্দর্য্য দেখে কার মন না মুগ্ধ হয়? অপাপবিদ্ধ সৌন্দর্য্যে তৃপ্ত মাতৃ হৃদয়। মুগ্ধ নয়নে মা শুধু কামনা করে এই নিষ্পাপ অনিন্দ্য সৌন্দর্য্য যেন চিরকাল মাতৃকোল জুড়ে থাকে।

তুলতুলে গাল
কোঁকড়ানো চুলে তার
বাঁধা ফিতে লাল।

খিলখিল করে হাসে
আধো আধো বোল
লাল জামা ভিজে যায়
ঝরে পড়ে লোল।

হাসিখুশি লাল পরী
মা'র পানে চায়
পিকপিক জুতো পরে
খুব মজা পায়।

মধু মাখা লাল ঠোঁটে
শুনে তার বোল
মন দোলা দিয়ে বলে
ভরে থাক কোল।
